Processing & Dispatch Times
- In-Stock Items: All watches available for immediate purchase are prepared and shipped the same business day when the order is placed before our daily cutoff time. Orders placed after cutoff will be shipped on the next business day.
- Price on Request / Special Orders: These items are specially ordered from our suppliers to fulfill your request. Shipping is completed within 2–5 business days from the date of order due to the additional procurement process.
- We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Pre-Shipment Process
- Each watch is pulled from our showcase and verified against the details in our online listing.
- The corresponding box, papers, and accessories are matched to the description provided on our website.
- The watch undergoes a series of tests conducted by our expert watchmakers, including timing accuracy checks, cosmetic condition inspection, and water-resistance testing (where applicable).
- Only after successfully passing all tests is the timepiece cleared for packing.
Shipment Process
- Orders are securely packaged to protect your watch in transit.
- Shipments are fully insured until signed for at the delivery destination.
- We ship primarily via UPS or FedEx, depending on the destination and service level requested.
- Orders can only be shipped to the billing address associated with your payment method.
- A signature will be required upon delivery or pickup to confirm receipt of the package.
Shipping Fees & Taxes
- All orders include insured shipping for your peace of mind.
- We are required by law to collect applicable sales tax on shipping and handling fees for taxable orders shipped to NY addresses.
International Shipping
We do offer international shipping upon request. Delivery times and charges will vary based on destination and will be confirmed prior to order completion. All international shipments are securely packed and fully insured. Please be aware that customs duties, VAT, and import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Tracking & Updates
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or text message, allowing you to monitor your shipment’s progress until it reaches your door.
