Return Eligibility
- Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, in original condition, and include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation (e.g., warranty card, manuals, extra links).
- Exclusions: Special orders, sourced watches, custom pieces, and engraved items are non-returnable.
- Mandatory Unpacking Video: Due to the high value of our timepieces, an unboxing/unpacking video is required in cases where the item is reported as incorrect, damaged, or missing upon delivery. This helps us process claims swiftly and fairly.
Restocking Fee
All approved returns and exchanges are subject to a 5% restocking fee. This fee applies to the total order value and covers inspection, handling, and re-listing costs.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email or call our customer service team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Provide your order number and reason for return.
- Pack Securely: Place the watch, along with all original materials, into the original packaging and seal securely. Ensure your RMA number is clearly marked on the outer box.
- Ship the Return: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a secure, insured shipping service such as FedEx or UPS.
Refund Policy
- Processing Time: Refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
- Restocking Fee: A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Condition Requirement: Items not returned in original condition, or missing accessories, may incur additional deductions or be declined for refund.
Authenticity & Claims
We stand by our guarantee of 100% authenticity. If you have any concerns regarding authenticity, contact us immediately. In cases of damaged, incorrect, or missing items, an unpacking video is mandatory for claim verification.
