What Our Warranty Covers
This warranty protects against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
What Our Warranty Does Not Cover
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, drops, impacts, or excessive force.
- Damage from improper handling, storage, or maintenance.
- Normal wear and tear, including scratches, scuffs, fading, or strap deterioration.
- Water damage if the watch was not worn, maintained, or tested according to the manufacturer’s water‑resistance guidelines.
- Damage caused by unauthorized repairs, modifications, or servicing by non‑approved technicians.
- Consequential or incidental damages, including loss of use or market value.
- Batteries, except in cases where battery failure is directly due to a manufacturing defect while under warranty.
Initiating a Warranty Claim
To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team by phone or email. You will be provided with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with instructions for secure shipping to our service center.

Our Responsibility
If your warranty claim is valid, Elite Time NYC will, at our discretion, repair the watch or replace it with a comparable model of equal value. We will cover the cost of return shipping for any repaired or replacement timepiece to your designated address.

- This warranty is non‑transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
- Proof of purchase (such as the original invoice or receipt) must be provided for all claims.
